In ESPN's Weekly Power Rankings, the Tigers keep the #1 spot, while the Sox remain #2, despite an awful week. The Mets fell 3 spots to #10, only 1 spot ahead of the #11 Yankees. The Cubs, Brewers, Padres, and Dodgers are all listed ahead of the Mets.

I'm not sure how the Sox remained @ #2, after the way they have played. They still, however, have the 2nd best record in baseball. It is ridiculous that the Mets are considered the 5th best NL team. I dont care how badly they've played, but there is no way you can put the CUBS ahead of them!!!??? Naming the Mets behind the other 3 is a stretch, but the CUBS? That makes no sense at all. And after beating a stretch of terrible teams, the Yanks should not be all the way up @ #11. They are clearly not as good as the Twins, and may not be better than the Rockies or the Braves.
